Thursday, March 4, 2010. The Last Year of My 20's! So, yesterday was the big day.the first day of the last year of my 20's! It was a very low key birthday but I got to have a special birthday lunch at one of my most favorite places in town. My parents were catering a luncheon for the University of Arkansas football coaching staff as well as the staff of another D1 school, so I went up there to help them out. I spent my birthday lunch with about 40 of the best college football coaches!

Friday, 29 May 2015. Michelle Hansen and Jennie Nicholson. In March and April this year I ran a running boot camp in Christchurch following the Lydiad style training and my own training through my experience in competitive aerobics. Through the boot camp Michelle got a PB for the KM and mile and Jennie stormed to an 8th place finish in her category at the St Claire Half marathon in a time of 1 hour 45, 50 secs.
