We have participated in the CIBC Run for the Cure almost every other year since 2000. It’s an emotional, inspiring day and this year was my first year as a runner. Although I have a few vague memories from the angular backseat of a navy Volvo sedan, the mode of transportation for almost the entirety of my childhood was a minivan. I even scrubbed an inky handprint from the bathroom wall. It felt great. It was like getting a tiny high five. Great job, Shan! By bath time, I was still feeling great.
