Monday, June 1, 2009. Time to start a new week. We had a great weekend full of events for all family members but I am now looking forward to the week ahead of me. Mostly, I am eagar to head to ECS and get my own workouts in. . I don't know if I will get it done this week or not, but I would also like to make a new MMA video short.
