Friday, April 11, 2008. Waves exceedingly rare on ocean. This is just shocking-. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Portland, OR, United States. I grew up in Eugene but spent nearly 10 years living abroad and in DC (foreign to me but without the charm) and moved back to Oregon (Portland to be exact) in the summer of '07. By day I strategize digital communications, by night I turn off anything electronic and pick up a book, go sailing, or spend too much money enjoying life with friends. Where else am I.
