What should I blog about today? Friday, September 26, 2008. No, not yet. Nope I'm not ready for socks. The book came, I ruffled through the pages, got intimidated, closed the book and decided that what I really needed was a poncho for myself. The color is raspberry and it's moving along quite nicely. This what the end result should. I'm not sure about the pom-pom thingies across the bottom. They do serve a purpose- I think- to help weigh down the poncho, maybe, so it lays nicely? Pom-poms or no pom-poms?

It's been my companion for a while now - I think it started speaking up when my mom got sick at the end of 2011. I hate it. It criticizes and scoffs at so much. It tears me down. Steer clear of falling anvils. Monday, April 4, 2011. This decision has been a long time coming: I have embarked on a new career path. The next 6 months will determine whether or not I'm cut out for this field. It involves lots of schooling, and essentially the melt-down of my brain. This leaves very little brain matter left over for writing. not that I was doing much of it to begin with. I'm terrified, but insanely excited. So wish me luck! I'm definitely going to need it. Perhaps, not enough, or in a wrong way, but he does think. Monday, January 17, 2011. Today I cleaned out my office at the church. Strange in so many ways. I was glad that I was in such a time crunch. It kept me from dwelling too much on the past. Despite the rush, I could not help but be struck by stacks of Vision statements, Mission statements, 5-year plans, and new strategies. The corpses of good intentions and even some good ideas were sprawled out before me as I opened one file draw after another.

Tuesday, 16 February 2010. In love with painting. Sometimes i just don't feel like painting.i used to pick up a paintbrush and try to force myself to do it.but that only creates BLAH and YUK.anyone who paints knows what i mean. I have learnt by now that if im not 'feelin' it, i should just walk away before i cause too much chaos. This week (so far) the painting bug has bit me on the bum big time. I have soooo many ideas, i cant stop! These are my 2 big ones i have done this week (sunday and monday night).
