I’m starting to get excited. In a couple weeks I’ll run (OK, walk/jog) my first 5K in the Twin Cities marathon! Hopefully there is a step in between that we could do – a 5 mile, 6 mile? This increasing distance running seems to be working for jump starting my weight loss again. I hopped on the scale this morning (partially clothed even! So, tonight we run – again! Not that I’m planning for it. It would just be pretty cool. But, baby steps…. And thankfully Lena had a great time and is ready for more. ...

A Morning In The Life? I was on my way to work, being driven by SH in a strange dune buggy-type vehicle. It had no real doors, rails for a roof and I could see through parts of the floor to the pavement whistling by below, kind of like the Flintstones car. We pulled off the road into a driveway, I think because SH was getting pissed about traffic, up to someone’s house. The house was a sort of cabin-in-the-woods tree house contraption. We went inside, probably because I had. What am I going to do now?
