Wash and finely chop the Methi leaves.( leaves only ). Wash and soak the rice in water 15 minutes.

Taste of South India. Sunday, February 26, 2012. Eggs - 6 ( boiled ). Yellow mustard seeds powder- 1/4 tsp. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning for garnishing. Slice hard boiled eggs in half. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl. Mash yolks with a fork. add mayonnaise, mustard powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper. mix everything. Pipe the yolk mixture into empty, egg whites. Garnish with Italian seasoning or paprika. Store covered in refrigerator. Friday, February 24, 2012.

Red chillies - 4 nos. Cumin seeds- 1 tsp. Channa dal - 1 tsp. Urad dhal - 1 tsp. Grated coconut - 2 tbsp. Tamarind - 1/4 lemon size. Oil - 1 tbsp. Clean and wash the methi leaves.
