Once a week we visit a centre for the mentally disabled in Yuen Long. These people are rejected by their own families because of their disabilities. Our goal is to show them God's love. We also share the gospel with them through video, songs and Bible stories. Sometimes we take them for dim sum (yum cha).

July 12, 2015. July 12, 2015. How do I start this whole lifestyle change or return because I was there once before. Do I eliminate everything at once or do I slowly remove things one by one? I can cut out sugary drinks, sweets and fried foods but how will I survive without my all time favorite… Potato chips. I love any chips! I like them salty, cheesy or spicy.
