So, I did really well tracking every single bite of food up until the night of July 4th. So I had 1 bowl of ice cream and 1 cookie. I felt like I took off like a bullet and I actually remember putting my arms out straight down by my side, taking a deep breath, and telling myself to slow down. I did NOT want a repeat of my 5K in March, wherein I ran so fast I had to physically walk to catch my breath. 1: finish in under the time limit of 4 hours.
