September 18, 2010. Baby boy was born on September 11 perfect and healthy! Im working on finishing my birth story now, but wanted to write little about his first few days before it gets to fuzzy. Here is something I wrote to a friend while in the hospital,. Though every time we ask him if we're going to take baby brother home he says no, lol. That hasnt happened in about 2 days so I think that is a good sign! We were in the clear! There is so much more I want to say, but I'll save it for another day.

March 10, 2011. I wanted to put into writing how I feel about myself after babies. Besides the few stretch marks I got, I love my post baby body. While I still would love to lose a little more weight and tone up a bit, I'm overall happy with myself at this point. So there it is. Im happy with myself though I think I have a little work to do to be where I'd ideally like to be. But overall, I cant complain and loving every minute! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). September 22, 2010. I just wanted to add. I meant to add this to my birth story, but forgot. I wanted to throw out there for myself and anyone else before momnesia sets in and I still remember things quite clearly, I wouldn't do it differently! Well, I suppose I would. I wouldn't get the epi and save that money, lol. While it was painful and crazy I really did love it, and am so glad it is something I got to experience. :0). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). September 19, 2010. Baby boy now has a name! Introducing Lance Declan :0) we took a bit longer but we just wanted it to be right. We finally got there! September 20, 2010. They said it would be about 15-20 minutes before I could get the epi. After about 15 or so minutes the anesthesiologist came in and we started to process to get the epidural, they let Jason stay this time and I was SO thankful! September 3, 2010. Nope, not in the nursery, haha, that is still empty. As of yesterday I'm 2cm, 75% effaced and "super stretchy and soft" I had Ethan at 38w 5d and at my 38 week appt with him those were my exact stats! So we'll see, maybe we'll have a baby soon! November 1, 2010. The second time around. I cannot believe how much different having Lance is from having Ethan. They are pretty much the exact same, Lance is Ethan's 'infant' spitting image. Right down to the times Lance eats, how he acts, demeanor, temperament, everything. Lance is JUST like Ethan was as a baby. The only difference is Lance can latch on to breastfeed and Ethan couldn't, I had to exclusively pump for him. Momma's hold your babies tight, enjoy them as they are now! 101 Things in 1001 Days.
