Monday, June 22, 2009. Android Setting Up A Testing Environment In Eclipse. Diego torres, I have learned to test my Android applications in Eclipse, and this post is to share that knowledge. The steps go like this:. Add a folder to the root of the android project you are going to be testing and name this new folder “tests”. In Eclipse select File- New- Folder. In the dialog that appears enter or select the android project you are going to be testing, and enter tests as the folder name, then hit finish.
