http://mljensenfamily.blogspot.com/2015/08/trip-to-ft-collins-and-louisville-part-1.html
Friday, August 7, 2015. Trip to Ft. Collins and Louisville- part 1. Mike and I drove to Ft. Collins (in our awesome new car) on July 24th to help celebrate Evan's 1st birthday. But before I tell about our weekend there, here are some adorable 1 one year old photos Ky took of him. I LOVE them! And this is what she did for him on his actual birthday. She said he was in heaven! He already knows how old he is! Actually, he just likes to point. I'm so happy we could be there! He's not a cave man afterall!

Saturday, February 28, 2015. Kylee, Evan, Jessica and I took a quick trip to Arizona last weekend to enjoy the sun, each other, and our friends and family. We packed a lot into just 3 days. We visited with our much missed Frost family friends and I absolutely loved catching up with this beautiful girl. Jess and Taylor had fun reconnecting. And Ky and Madison picked up right where they left off last time they saw each other several years ago. We met Paul and DeNae for lunch and enjoyed visiting with them.

jensen family: April 2015

Wednesday, April 29, 2015. I stayed in Parker's room and for the first time in my life was surrounded by Utah paraphernalia. And I survived! Something else I survived was having Flash the cat sit on my lap for a spell.I didn't hate it, but didn't let it happen again only because my pants were covered in cat hair after he got off. One morning we went on an awesome hike to Badger Mountain-the only "mountain" (more like a hill) in the area. It was cool to see a different countryside than what I'm used to.

Sunday, January 18, 2015. And here's the after. I'm so happy with how it turned out! Thanks to Jess for being my interior decorator consultant. She has great ideas! Tuesday, January 13, 2015. New Years Day Snowshoeing. This picture cracks me up. Can you just imagine what he's thinking? I think it's something like this. "what are my parents dragging me off to do now? Can't they see this snowsuit is way too big for me? I was strapped in a carrier on the front of my mom and I couldn't see a thing! The day a...

Sunday, July 6, 2014. I love that Mike and I celebrate our birthdays so close together. His fell on a Sunday, and it just happened that his 2 sisters were in Utah and able to come with their families and help us celebrate. We had a cookout followed by a rousing game of beach volleyball. It was great fun. I love when Teresa and Brad's kids are around because they're always up for games. Cam submitted his mission papers on June 5 and has his call on June 18th! These were his mission application photos).

Sunday, August 10, 2014. The fun continued with the Lakes in town the entire first week of July. On July 4th, we all gathered at the Skeens for breakfast, followed by a patriotic program. It was a lovely morning. We then journeyed to Bountiful to spend the rest of the day and evening at the Call's Casa. You will not find a more beautiful and fun backyard in the world than this one of Teresa and Brad's! Haha It looks like an oreo sandwich in reverse. Cam has had a great summer- as usual, although this sum...

Friday, June 26, 2015. The greatest 3 weeks. Before I get started with all the pictures and activities since Jake's been home, I thought I would show some recent pictures of Cam. He's doing great in Chicago. He finally got transferred out of his first area where he was for 6 months. He's now in Lake Bluff and is loving it there. The bottom right picture is of the tallest and shortest Elders in the mission. haha. For some reason he hated his left leg touching the grass! It was SOOOO exciting when it was f...

Tuesday, May 6, 2014. A big change occured in our home as we switched from Comcast to Dish AND got rid of our home phone. This is big news for us, as we've only ever had comcast. It's been a great change. There are so many advantages with Dish. I'm just sad we didn't make the change sooner. Cam had a great week in St. George with his friends Parker, Chase, Tyson and Jeffrey. Mike and I enjoyed having him gone ONLY because we could eat light and healthy foods with plenty of vegetables in them :). On Sunda...

jensen family: October 2014

Tuesday, October 14, 2014. What post from now on would be complete without pictures of Evan? Doesn't his smiling face just put a smile on your face? I dare you to tell me that it doesn't. I love him so much and am counting the days until I get to see him again. One rainy day I spent making chili sauce. I loved doing it outside and not having to dirty up my stove. Cam joined me one morning for a lovely bike ride from our house to 2nd dam along the Logan River. I loved spending time with my boy. I made two...
