DANGOS AND SWEET SAUCE. 2 cups glutinous rice flour. 3/4 to 1 cup boiling water. 1 T fine sugar (optional). 2 tbp of Cornstarch. 3/4 cup of sugar. 3/4 cup of water. 2 Roll into 1 " balls and drop into a pot of boiling water.(Do not make balls too big or you'll gag because it is made of sticky rice after all.) After 2 to 3 minutes, scoop balls out when they float to the surface. Let them cool. Combine all in sauce pan. 2 Confirm and Taste.

NIKUMAN / CHINESE STEAMED BUNS! 1 packet of Active Dry Yeast. 1/4 cup of warm water. 3 cups of flour. 1/4 cup of sugar. 1/2 cup of warm water. 1/2 cup of warm milk. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1 tbsp of shortening, melted. 3 LARGE Boneless/skinless chicken breasts cubed. 1/2 cup of Honey Garlic Diana's Sauce*. 2 tsp of Soy Sauce. 1/4 cup of teryaki sauce. 1 tsp sesame oil. Use whatever BBQ sauce you have on hand, I just use this because it's what I buy.
