Thursday, August 12, 2010. Mojito and Limonjito Recipes. Of course, Mojito's are all the rage. So, here's my Mojito recipe. Squeeze juice of 1 lime. Mull lime juice with fresh mint. Sugar to taste (at least two tbls). Rum, 1-2 shots (to taste). Club soda or seltzer. Garnish with mint and lime. While the Mojito is great, there is a version of it that some like even better. It's called a Limonjito. Here's my Limonjito recipe. You should really try:. Squeeze juice of 1 lime (or lemon). Lemoncello, 2 shots.
