From Pat's Perspective: March 2011
http://patroseman.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Occasional glimpses into my life and ministry in Spain. Saturday, March 26, 2011. About three weeks ago, we woke up to snow! And on the morning of Science Fair day. We called for a "late-start" day and went ahead with the plans for the day. This is how our school grounds looked at 9:00 am (although by the end of the day, all the snow was gone). We had planned to grill burgers and hot dogs for everyone. We moved the grill to the covered patio and the serving tables inside. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

From Pat's Perspective: End of the School Year
http://patroseman.blogspot.com/2011/07/end-of-school-year.html
Occasional glimpses into my life and ministry in Spain. Wednesday, July 06, 2011. End of the School Year. Yes, I know, I'm really late with this post. I almost decided to skip this entry but because I have such a hard time getting entries into my blog, I figured I'd better go ahead with it. At least it would give the four of you that read this, something new to see. ;). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). What time is it in Spain? When you feel a bit busted and old: the traumatic disorder of everyday life.

From Pat's Perspective: October 2010
http://patroseman.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Occasional glimpses into my life and ministry in Spain. Monday, October 11, 2010. One of my favorite places. We drove from La Granja to Segovia. Where we saw the Aqueduct and visited the Alcazar (castle) and the Cathedral. If you'd like to see more photos, you can go to my Picasa albums. Because I've been there several times before, I didn't take very many photos this time. But you can find more in some of my other "albums" from 2009 and earlier.). If you come visit, I'll take you too! 2013-14 and the EET.

From Pat's Perspective: February 2011

Occasional glimpses into my life and ministry in Spain. Saturday, February 19, 2011. This past week was Spirit Week at ECA. What that means is that the students (and the staff) dress up according to a different theme every day. Here are some photos from the week. The first two photos are from Princesses and Aliens Day. The next day was "Be What You're Not" Day -. Mr C never dresses this way. Most of the time he's in a shirt and tie and nice slacks. This was definitely what "he's not". God Though he is wo...

In the Potter's Hands: Tell Them Again
http://ericksonsinthepottershands.blogspot.com/2014/03/tell-them-again.html
March 1, 2014. Tell us about when we were born,". My twins plead. Tell us the story of this brother and that brother. With a giggle she says it sweetly and I always love to hear it,. Tell us about when Micah was born. I love the part where you say let's go to the store.". She's right. When we got to town, I didn't want to arrive at the hospital too early and have to spend a lot of time there waiting. Why not Walmart? We tell another story in our home too. How did he die? Why didn't you do this or that?

In the Potter's Hands: 4 x 2 = Happy Birthday!
http://ericksonsinthepottershands.blogspot.com/2012/11/4-x-2-happy-birthday.html
November 22, 2012. 4 x 2 = Happy Birthday! I am sure it was yesterday that I was sitting in the rocker recliner in my living room holding two babies and thinking how fast the time would go and I just wanted to soak in every minute! Suddenly, here I am, 4 years later and they've grown tall, and the blonde hair gets darker, and they talk much, and laugh often. Their many giggles and big grins. Their goofiness and fun loving nature. Their love to sing, and dance, and read books, and learn new things. Awesom...

In the Potter's Hands: November 2014
http://ericksonsinthepottershands.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
November 27, 2014. Dear Dad and Mom,. This one goes out to you. It is Thanksgiving tomorrow and last night I spent a great deal of time thinking about something for which I am grateful. I am thankful for you and for all you taught me. I could fill a book with the wisdom you imparted to me over the years, but last night I was thinking about one thing in particular. I was thinking how thankful I am for your teaching me to work. Work isn't seen as work once you begin to find the fun in it. I shoveled last n...

In the Potter's Hands: July 2014
http://ericksonsinthepottershands.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
July 4, 2014. I rounded the bend and caught my breath. I heard it before I saw it - the sweet bubbling sound of the creek. Many rains had brought the creek bed to life. It thrills me! A gift of grace that sweet, still morning. The creek bed had been a dry place. Coming down the hill and to that curve, I was fully aware of its existence, but not the transformation that had taken place. It went through some fierce storms and torrential rains. The result? Life Beauty. Joy. Grace. Sometimes I may think I can...

In the Potter's Hands: Lessons From Haiti, Part 2
http://ericksonsinthepottershands.blogspot.com/2011/03/lessons-from-haiti-part-2.html
March 23, 2011. Lessons From Haiti, Part 2. Have you ever found your self going through an experience and thinking that what you are learning is not spiritual enough? Maybe I am missing it, God. Maybe I didn't pay enough attention. Or maybe someimtes it is the simple lessons that we need the most. God impressed something so different on my heart. Big, I know. You are probably thinking, "Are you kidding me? Not just by me but the people that live there, and His. The ladeis holding up their new Bibles.
