Deciphering the life experiences…. India is INDIA…No comparison and No compromise! And rest poems hit my mind. I asked myself why am I not enjoying rains here, are these rains different, but rains are rains, rightthen what is so special about rains in my homeland and what is that which is missing here? Is it because I am not used to these rains and chilly climate? Or what is it? Or it’s just my perspective of looking differently at different things? We cannot enjoy different seasons like India in London.

Stuffed Tofu Puffs « TIEN UNSCRIPTED
https://tienunscripted.wordpress.com/2012/05/15/stuffed-tofu-puffs
I don’t like tofu. In fact I don’t like anything made from soybean, I find its smell off-putting. That means I don’t take soybean milk and soybean pudding (. As well. Yes, I am a weird Chinese. But, I love fermented soybean products. Soy sauce and fermented beancurd are my friends. My scientific explanation is that once its fermented, that “tofu smell” is not there anymore so I am no longer put off! So anyway, this is one dish that I make very often but do not touch at all! It is my version of. Stuff wit...

Reghotya: Summer of '57.....
http://linekadha.blogspot.com/2010/06/summer-of-57.html
Pseudo creative arty outputs from a wordy type, in her seventh decade of life. Friday, June 11, 2010. The summer of 1957. I was eight. Saturday evening at dusk. It was on one of Pune's then main thoroughfares. A very ordinary looking three storey structure, with a name written with a grand flourish across a background of cement flowers, cracking at the edges. Finally, the waiting ended. It had arrived. My first crush. Were his mango pieces larger? The trouble was he had the same idea. And so you have...

Wednesday, March 24, 2010. Ex Girlfriends, Ghosts and That Secret Potion of Desire. Wednesday, March 24, 2010. His life becomes a tale, his actions become stale, and he no more craves for rain. He writes poems, he plays guitar, he walks without his signature smile. He feels shy to talk to any girl; he is very sane. He sees ghosts of Jim Morrison and dead poets in his dreams, he sees puzzling staircase and haunting castles. He tries to fly with the angels, he tries to dance with the dead, and he tries...

Not So Crazy Stories. Raquo; Crazy Stories. Raquo; An Indecent Offer. Posted on February 14, 2011. When a long time friend of mine moved in to the ground floor house of the apartment where I live in the first floor, I was joyed, and when he hired a good-looking maid to run their daily cleaning chores, I was over-joyed. I thought I could atleast spend my idle time ogling at her. The fact the maid was married and had a four-year old kid did not feature as a deterrent. I could not resist paying my friend a ...
