riley.allison.wilson: February 2014

Tuesday, February 25, 2014. In the winter time. We have had a hard time coming up with things to do when everything is shut down but we found a swimming pool (with freezing cold water) that was fun. In the Fall I was inspired by Mandy to begin crocheting. She doesn't even know that. Thanks Mandy! My pictures are very disorganized. So here is a mod-podge. Post shots- he wanted an oreo soooo bad. One day it was warm enough to pretend it was warm. The Silver Diner. Oh how he loved that cup and straw. I had ...

riley.allison.wilson: November 2013

Thursday, November 14, 2013. No more monkey's jumping on the bed. Do I take him to the hospital? Apparently the answer is no. Baby's can't break their nose I guess. After some tylenol he was as good as new. Except the bruises that lingered under his eyes and across his nose. My mom finally landed and we went to pick her up! He loves riding around and seeing new things. We found the first car that mom owned! It was pretty cute. On Friday- poor little Benson woke up so ill. He had developed a runny nos...

Tuesday, January 20, 2015. Luckily we got a new camera for Christmas so I'll do better on this blog. Benson, Bennett and Elsie at the Temple Christmas lights! This is in Utah at the "tree of life" in Draper. It was pretty neat! Zoo lights at the Hogel Zoo. Christmas morning was VERY fun. Having a kid makes Christmas much more meaningful and magical. His expression when he saw the "trrraaaiinnn" was priceless. This is the only picture I got of cute Elsie Serafine :) Benson really did like her! Seeing the ...

riley.allison.wilson: December 2013
http://rileyallisonwilson.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 9, 2013. This one's for dad. Sometimes I forget to take pictures. I wonder where I get that from (mom). so there is not a single picture on my camera of the wilson siblings here. I can assure you that it did happen. And it was so fun to see them and hang out. The things that did make it on my camera are as follows:. Poor boy had an ear infection that lasted 5 weeks. He was miserable, so he got a treat at the pharmacy. The Kennedy grave and eternal flame. Oh how Benson loves applesauce.

Friday, October 31, 2014. Grandma Visits and Halloween. We had our ward Trunk or Treat a few days ago. It was really fun. Benson didn't stop running around the gym the whole time. He took a small break to choke down a hot dog. The rest of his time was spent stealing wands from princesses and sneaking into the chips. A true pirate. He participated in the parade very well. Waving at all his admirers. Last week my mom was here. It is so nice to have a visit from your mom! We spent a day at Fort McHenry!

Sunday, June 22, 2014. Last week Riley took his "comps" which are his first year comprehensive exams and they determine his future in the program. Intense, right? He has worked extremely hard all year and especially hard this past month. Despite both of us coming down with really bad colds, we think they went fairly well- he won't get results for several weeks, which means that we get to have some much needed/deserved fun! The pictures are in no order. sorry about that. Benson loves his stuffed animals!

riley.allison.wilson: Colonial Williamsburg
http://rileyallisonwilson.blogspot.com/2015/06/colonial-williamsburg.html
Saturday, June 13, 2015. I can't believe I haven't posted about this. Mom and Dad came out in March (three whole months ago.) and we went down to Williamsburg, Virginia for the week. Oh and what a week it was! Becca and Greg joined us for a few nights, and showed us the ferry- and what a fun ride that was :). I don't have very many pictures- I need to work on that. But maybe that is proof that we were having too much fun! Historic Jamestown overlooks the James river. The second church built at the fort.

Friday, January 17, 2014. After a wonderful Christmas Eve Day, two family parties and lots of family Riley and I got the stomach flu. We were up all night. It was not an ideal way to spend Christmas morning. Therefore, there are no pictures! Benson's first real Christmas morning and we have no documentation. Luckily I made it upstairs to talk to Riley S. on the phone for a few minutes, then Riley and I were able to sit through present opening. but not dinner :(. I have pictures of that :). But it warmed ...

riley.allison.wilson: September 2013
http://rileyallisonwilson.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 26, 2013. Riley and I are in an intense competition with Justin and Erin. It involves flipping furniture. Which means I spend a small chunk of time each day browsing through craigslist. I usually take pictures of funny ads to show Riley and I realized I've got quite the collection. So, I present you with my collection. Enjoy. Click on the picture to make it bigger. The words usually add to the humor. Just your basic green chair. Can you only use this with French onion soup? They have ...
