It’s a morbid thing to think about, but part of what she said struck a chord with me. It made me think of my grandpa. Friday, April 13, 2007. Happy Birthday to me! The game was awesome! The first period I wasn't too thrilled with, but we came away with a 4-2 win over the Kings. Nancy and I had a blast. We were rowdy and noisy, and loved every minute. I was sitting next to this guy that was so hilarious. He kept us in stitches the entire night. Thursday, January 24, 2008. The game went into overtime, then a shootout, and the Canucks managed to win. Hooray! Oh yeah, almost forgot. Our entire section won these goofy Smirnoff Ice toque-type hats, which is awesome. I don't have a toque, and was planning on buying one so my head and ears don't freeze off when I go running. Friday, January 25, 2008. Wrote a love list to beat all love lists. Since it's Friday, and I haven't done one of these in a long time, here is my ULTIMATE love list:. A gorgeous sunrise or sunset. The smell of the ocean. Curling up in cozy pj’s in front of the fire. A good chick flick or action film. Driving with the windows down and my tunes blaring. Random, last minute plans to do something fun and unexpected. Fruity, girly drinks with an umbrella. The perfect dish of pasta. Fun shaped Post-it notes.
