Today I was reminded of Psalms 118. I do love this chapter! This chapter begins with “Give thanks to the Lord, for His is good; For His lovingkindness is everlasting.” and ends with, “Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; for His lovingkindness is everlasting.”. The verses in between speak of distress, fear, and suffering and I am reminded that no matter what circumstances I find myself in today that I can rest in the knowledge that God is good. I can rest in His lovingkindness. Leave me some joy.
