The Hub" and I have worked like crazy to help my son and his wife move. It brought back memories of our move to the mountains three years ago. With a lot less stuff. And not so far to travel. And a lot less stuff…. But, it was time-consuming and exhausting! So, needless to say, there wasn't a lot of time to write a new blog post. And trust me, they're quite little these days!

It was at that time that it became very apparent to my siblings and I that we needed to step into our parents' lives. We began a sort of tag-team visitation schedule. Monday, May 18, 2015. Yup, the last few days we have had an unseasonable (but oh so welcome). Curled up in my blankets, with a roaring fire going, I have enjoyed watching the big, fluffy flakes. One of the things I really love about living in the mountains is the snow. It covers everything with a powdered-sugar coating. Snow brings a *hush*. Over the landscape. There's nothing like the feeling of being tucked warmly inside. Oh, and the deer. That's something else I love about living in the mountains.
