Thursday, 25 August 2011. Second aligners and the morning after the night before. Before I talk about today's trip to the dentist.let's discuss the night before. I was out having drinks with work colleagues (aligners removed, naturally) and while talking to my boss, managed to successfully flick-off one of my attachments. Sunday, 11 September 2011. I've finally got around to taking some photos of my ClinCheck. I wasn't given a computerised version, just some print outs, but they do the job. Wednesday, 7 September 2011. It's been a while, and I've this very moment put in my third aligners. Again, really quite tight, which is the whole point. It also makes you realise how loose the previous aligners were. This time, the upper tray is definitely the tightest it's ever been. Also, I've got more confident with brushing my teeth at work.
