Iitin musiikkijuhlat on nelipäiväinen, etupäässä kamarimusiikkiin keskittyvä tapahtuma. Keskeisenä tapahtumapaikkana on idyllinen Iitin kirkonkylä ja Suomen arvokkaimpiin kuuluva yli 300-vuotias puinen ristikirkko. Juhlat huipentuvat pianonkantoon Hiidenvuoren muinaislinnapaikalle ja perinteiseen keskiyön konserttiin siellä. Iitin musiikkijuhlayhdistys on vuodesta 2004 lähtien järjestänyt musiikkijuhlien yhteydessä myös lasten ja nuorten musiikkileirejä ja mestarikursseja.
