March 11 – March 12. 我不知道來到Moroccan House Hotel Casablanca已是凌晨幾點 下了出租車，門僮便過來把我們的行李拿到了接待處。 洗了個早澡，收拾好行李，我們來到2樓的免費自助早餐廳，這個自助早餐，食物很少，也不太合胃口，但總比沒有早餐來的好吧 根據自己的行程表，我們要搭10點半的巴士到另一個鎮: El Jadida (埃爾加迪達/傑迪代)，接待員說CTM Bus站離這裡很近，走過一、兩條街便到。 我們在El Jadida的巴士站下來剛好是正午，烈日當空 我以為下了巴士會像網上驢友說的許多掮客和男人走過來介紹旅館、要你打車甚麼的，但一個人也沒有 有那麼一刻不知道下一步要怎樣了 BF看了地圖說 這是小鎮，景點離現在的位置也不遠，可以步行過去景點區，再找住宿。 Portuguese Cistern(地下儲水室)， 葡萄牙城裡的一個景點，或者說是博物館 開放時間早上9點至11點 下午3點至6點，門票10Dh。 五月 4, 2012.

七月 18, 2010. 也沒有像黃石那樣一大群遊客，所以帶 熊鈴 和 防熊噴霧 會比較安全。 我們在六月尾、七月頭的幾天在黃石裡，夏季白天的平均氣溫在25C- 30C (70F – 80F)。 Ticks carrys Lyme Disease (人獸共患病。 以我的手提電話來說 加拿大 也只有在Old Faithful才能用，. 美國手機應該多幾個手機網絡點 Old Faithful, Mammoth, Grant Areas). Mammoth Hot Springs 長毛像熱噴泉 賣點便是Travertine Terraces 石灰華階地。 Old Faithful 老忠實噴泉 鼎鼎大名老忠實噴泉，賣點便是那裡的間歇噴泉噴發的次數最多，特別是老忠實噴泉自己，大概平均每隔90分鐘噴發一次，噴發的高度相對來說也比較其它的高，平均噴發高度130英尺。 Canyon Village 峽谷村 主要是看黃石裡的峽谷、急流和瀑布。 West Thumb and Grant Village 西拇湖 and 巨型山莊 只要賣點在西拇湖，那裡有漂亮的間歇噴泉，旁邊的就是美麗的黃石湖。 房間 One King Bed.

A Bit of a Flop! July 6, 2016. I went to CF this morning, but did not last the class 😔 I’m not in a competitive frame of mind, the pain in my legs, feet and mind won. Now I have blisters on my blister….ouch! I may have been down today but I’m not out! July 5, 2016. I spent the rest of yesterday on the go….after walking over 17km yesterday with sore legs and feet I was knackered. It was easier to keep moving than to stop and try moving again. I will just need to find an alternative for today. July 4, 2016.
