Eating any form of “Pate Choux” is very hard for me … very hard to stop, I ate 1/4 batch when they were just baked and plain… 1/4 again when filled, another 1/4 when glazed and by the time I had to mount it, I had only a tiny bit left…hahaha… it must have been the smallest Piece Montée you will ever seen…. I was going to pass on this month challenge, as my life is still running with chaos… but the otemptation was to big just because it’s Macaron. Although its not my first time baking macarons, but I always want to bake chocolate macaron, and haven’t done it because the words around are, that they are the difficult ones to make…. I just make simple chocolate macarons with chocolate ganache, for amazing unique flavors of course you can browse at Helen’s. Confectioners’ (Icing) sugar: 2 cups (225 g, 8 oz.).

My sister in law, who’s from Kazakhistan gave me this Russian rice recipe. Ice Cream Petit Fours. Ok… I got a little bit disappointed with the whole of this month challenge, first of all… a challenge of making another bombe? Or another frozen cake? I know some of the DB patiessrie chefs could make this desserts look so beautiful but taste wise, even with the chocolate glaze the dessert is just some what mediocre. Moving to England means I have to get to use to that every british is a ” pudding” minded… haha… I mean in a good sense that they like to have their pudding anytime, on any occassion, sweet or savory, as long it’s pudding.
