Sunday, June 15, 2014. A Stop At Buc-ee's. We were going to take Kiki on a trip to Branson, Missouri and our first stop was at the new Buc-ee's in Texas City to gas up! If you're familiar with Buc-ee's you'll know how much more less expensive the price of gas is here. They do not have a big marquee with their gas prices on it on purpose so you'll stop by to check. We looked and looked at the big Class As for years and just knew that was what we would buy eventually. To make my long story short life happened and we put that dream on the back burner. Sunday, July 26, 2015. Okie dokie. On May 28th, we drove back to the little town of Bar Harbor. Just the sweetest little ole place. Our heads turned when we saw this red hot vintage Corvette! Then back to the Bar Harbor Inn positioned right on the rocky rugged coast of Maine. We stayed here many years ago and each time we are in Bar Harbor we have to come back and relive some memories. Monday, March 24, 2014. Another Trip in Kiki. We were so excited to have some time to take another trip in Kiki. Our plan was to leave Galveston and head east and circle the state of Florida down the west coast and up the east and then back home. Well, we didn't make our circle but had a great time anyway that I wanted to share with you. The weather was forcasting rain for the week and we just didn't want to 'sit' in Kiki. So. These are some of the yard art around the grounds and the lovely fountain.
