It was strange not being around for Easter with the family, but it was spring break for the kids and me as well as Conference weekend. No finding subs. Sunday, August 3, 2014. Day 7: Lava Hot Springs. Last day of our trip! We left our dumpy motel as soon as the kids were up and ready. We then headed to Lava Hot Springs. We had never been there before and didn't realize there were slides along with the hot tubs. Tuesday, July 21, 2015. In the hopes of expanding our family soon we decided to buy a van. Yes. A. Van. I never thought I'd buy one but to tell the truth I love it! The kids have their own space. The seats clean easy. It has a built in TV. I can download my music onto my radio and don't need to have the CD's. I have a place for my purse. Many cup holders. Seats fold down. Ahhhhh. Wednesday, March 4, 2015. It's great to be 8! One big milestone just happened for my little man. The big 8! We are so proud of him for choosing to be baptized! What a big step for any person. When Bill had asked him a few months ago if he wanted to be baptized he acted like Bill was crazy for even asking the question. He replied, "Why wouldn't I? We had to laugh. He is such a good kid. Can't believe he's mine! How'd I get so lucky? After we made them sick on sugar we sent them home. It was a fun day!
