Monday, May 20, 2013. Say goodbye to Pokey and Em-Lem. The kids blankets were getting really old and dirty. Miranda's blanket especially because it was white. Well not anymore, but it was supposed to be white. It had holes in it and the edges were falling apart. It was well loved. Nik convinced her to cut it into pieces for a prize out of the prize basket and then she could choose another blanket to be her favorite. She accepted (whoa really? Monday, May 20, 2013. This girl has a great sense of style and loves posing for pictures! One night the kids decided they were going to make a bed between the beds. We didn't think they'd actually fall asleep in there, but they did! It was so cute and funny to see them together like that! I love that they all share a room! They fight a lot, but they play a lot too! Ian and I went hiking. I'm in Young Womens and it was the camp certification hike. It also doubled as a mommy/Ian date! It was very cool!

Monday, May 20, 2013. We were in Utah for Kamryn's birthday. We loved celebrating with family! She got to have two parties! She got a baby bed, a wiggle car, sun glasses, lots of fun minnie mouse stuff, some shoes and clothes! Every time we asked her what she wanted for her birthday all she would say is "a cupcake." Monday, May 20, 2013. Phoenix Zoo / Cool Mom. I found a really good deal on Zoo tickets! I planned an amazing day! We went to one of the animal shows. It was a small one and we were the only ones there until right before it started. The kids liked it. They got to see a few animals do tricks and it was fun to watch them watch! Miranda was asked to help with the show. She had to hold out the watch and let the snake smell it. I'm pretty sure she was in heaven! What a brave girl! They loved it and I did too!

As far as diets go, I am eating fairly similarly to the last time I did this, except breakfasts are more on-the-go. Tuesday, April 29, 2014. I found this seasoning while doing the 21 Day fix and I LOVE it! I wonder why I've never seasoned my chicken before, it makes a very big difference! I use this seasoning on my chicken, flank steaks, veggies. Anywhere! I usually quadruple it so I have a lot on hand! 4 tsp onion powder. 2 tsp garlic powder. 2 tsp mustard powder. 1/4 tsp dried thyme. 1/4 tsp ground black pepper. 1 tsp sea salt.
