Shauna’s love affair with desserts began early. Her granny’s pie and cake-laden holiday dessert buffets still spark nostalgic childhood memories. Each homemade dessert was artfully-arranged on a collection of gorgeous cake stands and pie plates. While earning a degree in Marketing, Shauna casually studied art and won a couple of drawing and sculpting awards. After a few years working as a buyer, she returned to her creative roots by combining two of her favorite things, dessert and design.

You know I L-O-V-E a good party, but I was determined not to go overboard planning, decorating, and designing stuff for my girl's third birthday. January 07, 2016. I usually have a really long end-of-the-year post but I’ll keep it semi short and sweet this time around (minus the million photos). 2015 was straight up AMAZING. I was able to continue doing more documentary style sessions, started my “This is Motherhood” project, traveled to Mexico to photograph a wedding.
