http://jeremyandleanne.blogspot.com/2014/01/the-big-catch-up-post-part-2.html
Thursday, January 30, 2014. The Big Catch Up Post. Part 2. December 21 marked a pretty big birthday for Jeremy! From there we went to Mission Springs Brewery for supper. Thank goodness for kid friendly restaurants! The kids had a ball playing with the "wiki stix" that our waitress gave us. After supper we went home for cake and a movie. Our Christmas Eve tradition is to open presents from Papa and Grandma. Yay for Christmas Jammies! Good times for everyone! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

http://josiahs-journey.blogspot.com/2007/02/please-pray.html
A dad's journal of a son's journey . and all that came after. Saturday, February 17, 2007. The baby was 35 weeks which of course concerned us a little, but we knew that minor complications with 'pre-mies' were normal and that this boy or girl would be a good weight. Marie's labour went fast! Marie did a fantastic job through the labour and delivery (and really grew fond of the gas! It took her around 6 contractions to bring our little boy into the world. Josiah also has some other markers which the docto...

Monday, October 06, 2014. We sometimes go through long seasons of pain that seem far too much to bear. I wanted to punish God for allowing me to have pain. Not just one pain but months of pain. Too much Lord! If this is what you are allowing then I'm turning my back on you I decided. out of rebellion (does that ever go well? Because I know he is real. I know he is good and he can't change that. I know he loves me and hasn't forgotten me. Even when I feel it's not true scripture corrects and challenges me.

Monday, October 06, 2014. We wait in expectation all the time don't we? We hope for things and then we wait. In the waiting a lot happens. We realize that we aren't entirely in control and we can't change certain things about life. So, often,. We either collapse in the wait, under the pressure of hope deferred. This can lead to bitterness and anger and frustration. Or we can take the other road and cling to Jesus all of the time and be restful in HIM. Or we do a little of both as I certainly have. I wait...

little moments: always good for a laugh:)
http://reneederksen.blogspot.com/2012/04/always-good-for-laugh.html
I have come that they may. Have it to the full. Friday, April 27, 2012. Always good for a laugh:). Daniel had to go to the endodentist yesterday for a root canal, and as everybody. Knows, he does not like. It has become routine that with any appoinment (that is bigger then a cleaning) he gets drugged, which has always. One of those had to be there moments for sure! I still can't help but smile when I think about it :). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Ponderings of a Journey.
