I've long wondered why this stuff is happening to me. A couple weeks ago I think I found what I was looking for. Community and challenge. It seems so bloody obvious! I'm a social creature, and one who craves having something to work toward. These are what make me enjoy life. If there's no use for it? It's just a waste of time.

Does anyone else get periods of time, ranging from days to weeks, where there is no motivation to do anything, at all? I have been experiencing such a thing for the past week or so. And read for an hour. After that, I don't really do anything. Oh, and there are some odds and ends. I briefly had an infatuation with Age of Empires.
