Monday, July 20, 2009. Today marks the 40th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. So to commemorate the event, Am's family got together to recount their memories of that time, as well as other memories of the space program. This is significant because Am's grandfather is Don Lind, the first LDS astronaut. Here is an article. We will be greatly blessed to have Grandpa Lind perform our sealing in October.
