This buffet is gorgeous. It's from the 1940's and in fantastic condition. We painted it in Old White and lightly distressed. I love how the original hardware compliments it's new paint color. A Belgian Fashion DIY blog. A fun way to pimp glass candle holders. Ideal for these autumn days. What do you need. 1) Make a template out of paper to protect the inside of the glass. 2) Tape it on to the glass. 3) Start playing with the washi tape. Use 2 types of washi tape (thick and thin washi tape) to create a fun effect. 4) Spray paint the candle holders. 5) I added an extra layer of golden acryl paint but this is optional. A Belgian Fashion DIY blog. Inspired by a necklace one of my close friends of Suriel. Wore in a blogpost, I tried to create a DIY version. The original necklace is from the H&M Trend collection. And the DIY version is. Easy peasy! Shrinkle paper (A4 - transparent). Extra: scissors, a cutter. 1) Cut out the shapes you like. TIP: they will shrink in the oven - so make sure they are big enough! 2) Cut out a little hole in the middle. TIP: make a square, this is the easiest form to cut out with your cutter.
