Running and other happenings. Half Marathon Training Plan. August 13, 2015. Yesterday we headed to the beach making the most of hubby”s mid week day off and the clear blue skies. This was the beach on arrival. With the weather set to change it did not last like this for long. Oh dear it was SO much fun. Obviously I was far more hardcore than my companions and was only in my swimsuit whilst they wimped out and used wet suits! Well that was a first. August 11, 2015.
