http://msuenglish432.blogspot.com/2006/01/shakespearean-insult-generator.html

Sunday, January 22, 2006. This thing rules. Not sure if anyone else posted it yet but everyone should spend several minutes a day with it. Every time you refresh your browser it generates a new funny insult. Press the F5 key to refresh your internet browser and see a new insult! If the F5 key doesn't seem to refresh the page, click on the middle of the page with your mouse to make sure you have the window selected. Then F5 will work. Don't worry, it's clean. (just maybe not for Shakespeare).

MSU English 432: Recognition Moment & Final Paper

http://msuenglish432.blogspot.com/2006/04/recognition-moment-final-paper.html

Sunday, April 23, 2006. Recognition Moment and Final Paper. My own personal recognition scene occurred in the library and it was mythical. I was walking aimlessly throughout the stacks finding books for papers which aim to kill me when I forgot myself. What will I write? How will I deal with my topics? And this Shakespeare paper which is supposed to be so easy because it’s short, it isn’t so easy because it IS short. In this bewildered state I wandered until I found myself surrounded by different color.

Sunday, March 26, 2006. Conspiracy and Layered Language. In this remarkably short scene, I wondered about why it is in the play when it must take almost as much time to change into this scene and out of it as it does to have the actors act the scene. Pacing, perhaps? In As You Like It Act 4, Scene 2. Read with "roman conquerer" as "italian papist". Read with "horn" as a reference to satan, ie. "horns upon his head" = the devil. Read "tune" in the song as a reference to public outcry. So In Act 4 Scene 3.

Leadership?

Monday, April 25, 2011. A Sleep Deprived Meeting of the Minds. Uninspired, that’s how I felt when I walked into Lori’s office, that and really tired… So needless to say I wasn’t really feeling this whole narrative thing, and had absolutely no response when Lori asked me what I was thinking? I was in deep need of some direction and another cup of coffee. Then Lori asked me what I wanted to do after graduation? But it turns out my half idea of what I want to do with my life actually helped us get somewhere.
