Shedding for the Shredder. 6 weeks to getting Texas Shredder ready. Thursday, May 5, 2011. These last few weeks have been weeks of WINNING! How awesome is that? I'm waiting for it to come in so I can take it out on the lake as soon as I get it. Feel free to come with! But the greatest of all, I've won myself over, doing more than I thought was possible for me to achieve and for that I feel great. I know, so cliche and cheesy but don't judge :). Shedding for the Shredder. 6 weeks to getting Texas Shredder ready. Tuesday, March 29, 2011. A new quarter.a new goal. So, last summer/fall I did the program with Revelation Fitness. And hit my goal of getting back to my pre-army weight of 128 pounds and fitting back into a size 4. And it felt great! I've even been able to keep it off. Stephanie is my trainer for the Texas Shredder and I couldn't be more excited! I'm also incorporating the Tone It Up. March 31, 2011 at 7:38 AM. Youll tear it up!

On my leg days, I have to do two laps of walking lunges around the track with a 3 minute rest in between. Talk about exhaustion!
