Miss Purple Stethoscope: August 2010
http://iamsaschafierce.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 3, 2010. In Condé Nast, we (would like to) trust. So far, I've organised the placements; arranged accommodation in Manchester and Jordan (I'm really just going to be alternating between the hospital accommodation and my uncle's place on weekends for Manny; as for Jordan, well, it's the "homeland" with all that that entails :-P); I've booked my plane tickets and now just have to organise accommodation in London. Which brings me to the topic of this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Miss Purple Stethoscope: Review: The Pavilions Phuket
http://iamsaschafierce.blogspot.com/2011/05/review-pavilions-phuket.html
Tuesday, May 3, 2011. Review: The Pavilions Phuket. Makes it an ideal setting for those looking for a spot of tranquility and maturity that only a child-free setting can provide. Our Villa was wonderfully spacious, very well-appointed and tastefully furnished. We had an infinity pool with breath-taking views of the ocean and the weather was perfect for taking a dip any time of the day or night! May 11, 2011 at 9:25 PM. That sounds so beautiful - I am envious to the bone. I would do anything for a hol...

Miss Purple Stethoscope: February 2010
http://iamsaschafierce.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 6, 2010. My shift is from 2pm-9pm everyday - partly so my time wouldn't coincide with other students' from other years/med schools, and partly because that was the busiest period in the day for the ED psych team. My team look after people who present to psych voluntarily or are brought in involuntarily. Everything aside, the experience has been very eye-opening and fulfilling. Hoping to share more thoughts with you later. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. The Girl w...

If only I can foresee things ahead of me… | medically ethically
https://medicallyethically.wordpress.com/2012/02/05/if-only-i-can-foresee-things-ahead-of-me
Becoming an ethical doctor is always a work in progress. If only I can foresee things ahead of me…. To tell the truth, I’m a little bit scared of this year… There are too many ‘what if’s’ and I never like them. When I was taking a siesta earlier, I suddenly thought of what I need to do this year. I am such a planner that the idea that nothing in the next few years will be certain is quite painful. 2 thoughts on “ If only I can foresee things ahead of me…. 07/02/2012 at 7:26 AM. 07/02/2012 at 8:53 PM.

Miss Purple Stethoscope: April 2011
http://iamsaschafierce.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 14, 2011. This weekend and last, my dad and I completed an Open Water Scuba Diving course. This is something we've both wanted to do for a long time, but I've kept putting it off because of time constraints, plus I had an inkling of reservation about the (lack of) sense and sensibility involved in plunging oneself deep into the vast, vast sea. It looked so free and liberating that I resolved to get my diving licence the first chance I got. Gordon's Bay, Sydney. As for my dad and I; our ho...
