I try to keep them pretty healthy because frankly, I need all the energy and nourishment I can get to stay awake (and alert) throughout the day.

The She Eats Well Shop. Tuesday, October 28, 2014. Coconut Dreams Green Smoothie (gf, dairy-free/vegan). And just like that, it's almost November. I didn’t go to the gym practically at all. Online workouts. How...

Eat, Live, Run. What We Snack On. March 25, 2015. I get asked pretty often what our meals and snacks look like these days so I thought this would be a fun post. Lately, I have been really trying to make an effort to keep healthier snack foods on hand (mainly for my own sake so I don’t binge on tortilla chips the second I get Grayson to sleep). A girls gotta do what a girls gotta do. Also – and this is another post in and of itself – Grayson is quite the eater now! Boxes and paper are his favorite. 😉.
