A Box of Three: Seoul: The Last Dance
http://aboxofthree.blogspot.com/2009/03/seoul-last-dance.html
A Box of Three. Monday, March 2, 2009. Seoul: The Last Dance. We set out nice and early (for a change) to make sure we had all day to take in as much of the city as we could. We started with a chai latte in Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. 160;and although I'm looking forward to returning to Cibo. 160;chai lattes, the ones from "The Bean" are pretty darn good. . After that, we took a stroll down Cheongyecheon. Next on the agenda was one last walk through Insadong. Can't wait to see you soon my little ex-expat.
A Box of Three: November 2008
http://aboxofthree.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
A Box of Three. Thursday, November 27, 2008. If there's one thing I know for sure I will miss about South Korea it's the area known as Jongno-gu. I wish I could pick the whole area up and take it with me. The cafes, the shops, the quaint little streets and laneways. it's just gorgeous! Luke and I have spent a fair few Saturday afternoons in the cafes of Jongno-gu (we can't bring it with us so we might as well visit it as often as we can while we're here! So I now present to you, the Jongno-gu review.
A Box of Three: Homeward Bound
http://aboxofthree.blogspot.com/2009/03/homeward-bound.html
A Box of Three. Thursday, March 12, 2009. 1 year and 2 weeks. 379 days. Sounds like a long time, doesn't it? When Luke and I arrive home on Saturday March 14th, we will have been away from Australia for 379 days! And yes, it feels like a long time too! Of course I said yes immediately and to top it all off we even had friends there to celebrate with straight away! Luke and I just after getting engaged. . I didn't put my beautiful ring on until we got home . And I got out of the ski gear! After our fantas...
A Box of Three: February 2009
http://aboxofthree.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
A Box of Three. Friday, February 20, 2009. Our box is no longer complete. One member has taken off on the adventure of his lifetime and we won't see him until the 21st of March. Of course I'm referring to Dusty, who is currently in a quarantine station in Melbourne! We took Dusty over to the vet at Itaewon on Tuesday where he spent the night before being taken to the airport on Wednesday morning. He's not a big fan of car travel and threw up three times on the way there, poor thing! Having learned some v...

A Box of Three: January 2009
http://aboxofthree.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
A Box of Three. Saturday, January 31, 2009. A Week of Winter Activities. Instead of sweating it out in the extreme heat of an Adelaide summer, Luke and I are enjoying winter in the Northern Hemisphere. We are having a ball! Mind you, after the dreadful humidity of summer here I think it's about time we had some more comfortable weather. After returning home for a cup of tea and a sit down, we headed into Seoul to see if we might have more luck with ice-skating. And we did! But, nothing too serious, the o...
A Box of Three: September 2008
http://aboxofthree.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
A Box of Three. Monday, September 29, 2008. Ellie What would I do without her? Well, I'd be a bit lost to be honest. Since the very first day we arrived in Korea, Ellie has been nothing but a friend to me. She supports me, understands me and is willing to help me with anything and everything. Seriously, nothing is too big or too small for Ellie! So, I think Incheon airport is destined to always make me cry. Sunday, September 28, 2008. 10 things I miss about home. I value my life a bit too much for that.

A Box of Three: Winter Camp
http://aboxofthree.blogspot.com/2009/02/winter-camp.html
A Box of Three. Monday, February 16, 2009. Having learned some valuable lessons from my summer camp experience, I approached winter camp with one clear objective: keep it simple! Still, I knew I was in for a bit of a challenge no matter what tasks I set for the kids. I arrived at school on the first day of winter camp to find that a) school was. Things really did go quite smoothly this time around, with the exception of one little thing. On the last day the students requested that I be a little late to c...
A Box of Three: October 2008
http://aboxofthree.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
A Box of Three. Monday, October 27, 2008. The wheels on the bus go round and round. The first time Luke and I rode a bus to Seoul we were surprised by two things. The first of these was the number of people fast asleep when we boarded the bus and the second thing was the tremendous speed at which the bus travelled (which made the first thing surprising all over again). None of this yawning and stumbling groggily! Luke and I were still amazed by this event when the bus took off again and holy moly! And we...
