Happy to Be Alive. Tuesday, March 31, 2015. CHOCC Swim 300 m Felt OK Could have done lots more but didn't want to risk it. I did a couple laps breast stroke. Mountain Bike on Trail for about 40 minutes or so. Monday, March 30, 2015. Ran 4 KM with Bruce at 7:36 pace/km. Slow for both of us but we ran 29 minutes. I'm ok with that for today. Sunday, March 29, 2015. Cold outside so I did stationary bike for about 45 minutes while watching a TV program. Saturday, March 28, 2015. First Day of Triathlon Training.
