So we conducted a regular WOD and then after a brief time period he was presented with the birthday challenge. Row 500m for time. Rest time = time for first 500m. Repeat for a total of 4 rds. Wednesday, November 24, 2010. Deadlift (first in over a year). My objective today was just to do the movement and get back into the weights. I did find that my grip was weak. Practiced skipping for about 5 mins. Good overall time in the gym. Monday, November 22, 2010. Only 5 pull ups per round though. 5 TGU per side.
