Roasted Red Pepper Hummus. 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained. 1/3 cup tahini or peanut butter. 1/3 cup lemon juice. 1/2 cup -3/4 cup (4-6 oz) roasted red peppers. 1/2 tsp ground cumin. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. 1/4 teaspoon dried basil.
