Eat. Poop. Live.: August 2014
http://eatpooplive.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Eat Poop. Live. What goes in, must come out. Tuesday, August 12, 2014. Ellen and I after running the Disney Princess 10k in February. I love ice cream…even more so when I have a good buddy to share it with. Chipotle, one of my main indulgences. I eat it weekly…sometimes more often. Roasted chicken, ricotta gnocchi, and garlic green beans at McMillan's in Flagstaff. Lean protein, I guess…but what good is chicken without the skin? Running the Sea Wheeze half-marathon in Vancouver last August. On My Way Home.

Eat. Poop. Live.: Homesick Part 2: On the Mend
http://eatpooplive.blogspot.com/2015/03/homesick-part-2-on-mend.html
Eat Poop. Live. What goes in, must come out. Monday, March 30, 2015. Homesick Part 2: On the Mend. Simon and I with the pugs the morning we moved to Flagstaff, AZ. Christina, Mike, and Simon at the Weiner Dog Wars in Shakopee, MN. Simon and his niece Valerie. So that got way off track, didn't it? I'm obviously feeling better, as I realized in hindsight that my previous blog had little to none of my typical humor and self-deprecation. It's good to be back. Ellen and I at the Syndey Zoo in Sydney, Australia.

Eat. Poop. Live.: July 2013
http://eatpooplive.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Eat Poop. Live. What goes in, must come out. Friday, July 26, 2013. So what's the struggle, if life in my same place seems to suit me so well? So I'm struggling with the part of me that wants to stay, and the part of me that wants to go. In the past few weeks I've been perusing real estate and rental websites, scouring Craigslist for furniture and whatnot. And I end every web session feeling depressed and defeated. Was it really this hard when I bought my house in Rochester? Is it not the right time?

The finish line to the race can be seen on the street in the background. If you like). The Sea Wheeze race couldn't have been more different than the Disney race. On our way to Stanley Park. Simon getting warmed up for group yoga. I'm a chase you! Simon and I after finishing the race. That could be another reason why I finished so well. ;) I recently sw...

http://eatpooplive.blogspot.com/2014/09/under-weather.html
Eat Poop. Live. What goes in, must come out. Thursday, September 25, 2014. Here we go again…. So I've been sick now for going on 5 days. There's some nasty viral thing going around Flagstaff right now that seems to be incapacitating people for multiple days at a time. Simon had it last week, now it's my turn. It sucks. I hate being sick (who doesn't? And The Dead Zone. I've read 4 books since Sunday, when all this started going down. I finished off The Fault in Our Stars. Mmmm…Mac and Cheese! 1 roasted c...

http://eatpooplive.blogspot.com/2014/09/and-then-there-were-3.html
Eat Poop. Live. What goes in, must come out. Tuesday, September 16, 2014. And Then There Were 3. Paw print memorial that the vet office made for us. Her favorite bed with some of her favorite toys. She always chewed the faces off. Maybe I guess I don't really much care. A bowl is a bowl, and it's bigger than our other bowls, so I can get more popcorn in it. The glutton in Brie would have appreciated that. Our new family of three. Cooper is, unfortunately, not as photogenic as Brie was. Bye Bye Little B.

Eat. Poop. Live.: April 2014
http://eatpooplive.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Eat Poop. Live. What goes in, must come out. Tuesday, April 15, 2014. If Given the Opportunity. I would like to meet the man who came up with the brilliant idea that is the glass shower, and punch him in the balls. Repeatedly. So hard and so fast, that they travel all the way up his throat at which point he chokes to death on them. Honestly. What idiot thought that was a good idea? And one of the most infuriating things about cleaning the bathroom? Wednesday, April 9, 2014. The Post That Should Have Been.

Eat. Poop. Live.: October 2014
http://eatpooplive.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Eat Poop. Live. What goes in, must come out. Wednesday, October 8, 2014. Stefanie's "I HATE Running" Tips and Tricks. Me, Ellen, Candi, and Kate at the Disney Princess Half Marathon. Medals from my races…one technically doesn't count, since it was in a kayak. Running. All you need is shoes, something to cover your private parts, a destination and you're good to go. As with a lot of other things in life, I've had to leave myself no other choice in the matter. Running the Sea Wheeze in Vancouver, BC. So th...
