As some of you may or may not know, I am running the Barcelona Marathon in well, 8 weeks time now, I am literally on the home straight. Every sunday for the last 6 weeks has involved some kind of super long distance run (around 20-25k). Yes thats a half marathon a week, and thats only half the weekly training.
