Or How the South Was Won). 1 4-6 pound boneless pork butt. 2 large Spanish onions. 6 whole cloves of garlic. 1 can of any shitty beer. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of pork, cut onions in half and place around pork along with cloves of garlic. Then pour beer into bottom of pan. Bake in you oven at 240. C for 12 hours.
