Monday, December 29, 2008. Hailey turns 9 years old. Since my last post. we have celebrated Hailey's birthday and Christmas. I think I will start with the birthday - since I haven't upload Christmas photos yet! This year Hailey wanted her birthday party at the ice skating rink! When I called to check on prices - I was quite amazed that the prices were very reasonable. Hailey had a great time with her friends! All the kids seemed to have a great time skating. some experienced, some not! Bill and I too!

Friday, April 18, 2008. What to wear. must do laundry! We must go back a little. it's March 18th The night before Spring School Pictures! I asked the girls before bed to pick out what they wanted to wear for school the next day. I told them to get all their dirty clothes and put them in the laundry room on the floor. But living in Alaska it's very hard to find a good tree that doesn't cost a forture and all the needles far off! So, I say Artificial! 3 When do you put up the tree? Not for long but she can do it and her back is fairly straight up and down. If she tips to the side she can somewhat correct herself so she won't tip over. They are cards that you print out and use to label objects around your house. I used it as a game for the kids. The cards are great.there are so many words! He seemed afraid of it. I didn't think he would dress up to be honest. But let me tell you- when it was time to get ready he was all.about.it! He practiced his lines "tritter tree" and "tanku". Tonight she crawled about 4-5 steps a few different times. What a wonderful Christmas present. I think she will be a much happier baby once she becomes completely mobile and once she gets her teeth. Her top 2 teeth are really giving her trouble. Poor baby. Merry Christmas to all! Alyssa doesn't want to sleep now that she can explore her world on her terms.
