Long Point beach, Lake Erie, Ontario, Canada. Even though I come here a lot, it's always a little weird to be at a beach like this on a freshwater lake. A passion for birds. Of bird photography (mostly) in Australia. Birds of the Bellarine Peninsula. Thursday, 30 April 2015. Galápagos Day 14 (afternoon) - Kicker Rock and Cerro Brujo, Isla San Cristóbal. The first activity was snorkelling around Kicker Rock. I declined to go on this expedition but stayed on board the boat to try and photograph the dolphins that were spotted nearby (they never came close enough to be photographed) and the rock. I took the opportunity for a morning of birding while at beautiful Cannon Beach in Oregon. The first challenge was to see if I could find the Tufted Puffins.
