Rome is my dream city. i have been obsessed with it ever since i could remember. but once we landed all i could think of was getting my TIM simcard haha and after that i went to the wrong exit haha, but enough about that. I’m not supposed to write my random personal thoughts in this. i have a private blog for that but this thought suddenly came to mind. sparked by a topic i was discussing with t. i remember when i would get interviewed and get asked what is your biggest regret. and i always give this lame academic regret because that’s all i can really think of. Some people think that land travel is the cheapest way to travel across europe, well if you have the time maybe yes. recently, i just heard that someone travelled 40 hours by train only to realize he only saved 20 euros compared to taking a plane. imagine that!
