Sunday, 9 August 2015. 20150609 - Perth Day 6. Today, we rented a car and drove to Caversham Wildlife Park. An owl which is awake during the day. Daddy ducking his head so that he would not touch the eucalyptus leaves as the leaves would be contaminated if touched and the koalas will not eat them. Picky koalas! Kangaroo with too much food. Feeding a white kangaroo. The duck was trying to eat the kangaroo feed. Daddy said to feed the ducks and not the kangaroos. I don't know why. The Beauties In Our Lives.

We are back in Singapore! 3rd Yee yee came to the airport to welcome us back). 20140610 South Australia Day 9 - Adelaide free and easy (Adelaide Central Market and Haig's chocolate tour and Rundle Mall). I had chocolate donut and hot chocolate for breakfast. Mommy had muffin. Mommy : Adelaide city has bicycle lanes and also a space in front of each traffic junction for bicycles. We had rice with soup in Central Market for lunch.

Tuesday, 27 March 2012. Wicked the Musical had come to Singapore for quite some time, but mommy never went to watch due to one reason (busy) or another (no company). Then news of it ending soon, plus a 30% discount for passion card holders prompted mommy to quickly get the ticket. After we have bought the tickets, Mommy mentioned to si yee yee and she wanted to watch too. Thursday, 9 August 2012. Author - Laurence Anholt. For parents who are sick of the usual fairy tales (like me), check out Laurence Anholt. He is a UK author who had written many story books, many of them award winning, and he had a series called seriously silly books, which he reinvent fairy tales into stories with other meanings. The first book K read from the series was Ghostyshocks and The Three Scares. Which had Ghostyshocks, a timid girl, who made friends with 3 scary bears. See small snapshot below).

Monday, 2 January 2012. Mommy's thoughts to wrap up the year 2011. Went for McDonald's open house since it is her favourite fast food. During the short tour, daddy keep saying 'then why is it called junk food? When the 'tour guide' talked about the healthy and hygiene standards used in McDonald's. Kathleen tried her first half boiled egg and loved it (eating 2 at one go! Went for a children's play with some forum friends. Sunday, 9 August 2015. 20150608 - Perth Day 5. Today, we went to the Perth Mint. We went for the tour and they showed us the biggest gold coin in the world which weighed a massive 1 tonne. We were also shown how a gold bar was created using real gold. It was amazing! Wish we could touch it but we couldn't! Carrying a replica of a gold that was found in Australia many years ago. Flowers within the Perth Mint compound. Next, we went to King's Park. Climbing up the DNA tower. Glass bridge in the park.
