Saturday, November 29, 2014. A Christmas finish, lots of DMC cardboard winding! Here's the result of my Black Friday shopping! Two years ago, my daughter and I decided to do Black Friday. To make a long story short, we got home a little after 1 am after standing in line at two stores for what seemed like 4 hours! Never again I said! Back to this year. I went to Michael's at 11 am with a 25% off entire order coupon and a list of DMC numbers and there were a lot! Just a few minutes ago I finished this.

Sunday, August 30, 2015. Some finishes and finds. Good Afternoon or evening, wherever you may be! Sitting here listening to the cicadas or locusts as I call them, making a racket in the 30 year old Chinese Elm at the corner of my home as I watch the thunderboomers go AROUND us! Thought I would show you a couple of finishes that I did last week instead of creating a ginormous post on Sept. 15. This is the Black-Hearted Queen by sub rosa.
