So I Don't Forget. My Holiday Bucket List. November 18, 2013. In an attempt to get the most possible joy out of the holiday season this year I’m going to do a bucket list (inspired by a fun blog I read). And I say “holiday” because I want it to include Thanksgiving and Christmas – not because I’m politically correct or anything. Here’s my list, in no particular order:. Make our annual Griswold Family Christmas Tree trip (this is already scheduled). Make some homemade gifts. Slow down and enjoy the season.

So I Don't Forget. Freezer Cooking: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. August 4, 2014. The Bad and The Ugly. Apparently I’m either not very organized or just did too much. Every time we do freezer cooking I swear I’ll never do it again. The task is so overwhelming: the planning, the shopping, the prepping, the cooking and the cleanup. My feet and back hurt…still and it’s been 3 days. And I don’t care if I ever see a zip lock baggie or baking dish again in my life. 10 hours on Friday night. Jalapeno Popper C...

The neat things is that they also have an age division for Luke so he will get to race too! I am a stay-at...
