The Collins Family Blog. Sunday, August 9, 2015. This weekend, Grandma Pam and Aunt Lisa came to visit us. Mommy and Daddy were able to get a few things done around the house. We were also able to have a date night, which is always appreciated! The boys had lots of fun entertaining them. This afternoon, I took the boys to the pool for a few hours. It was entirely too hot to be playing outside at home! His friend Camille was there, and had her life jacket on! They were exhausted tonight!

The Collins Family Blog. Sunday, March 29, 2015. We love weekends at our house! Saturday morning started out with some donuts from the local donut shop, which just re-opened. Sawyer has been keeping us up to date on when it was going to open! We were able to have a fire in the backyard and make s'mores, which the kids all enjoyed! What a super Saturday we had! The Collins Family Blog. Monday, July 20, 2015. I took the day off work, as the boys had several doctor's appointments - eye and dental. The Collins Family Blog. Tuesday, August 18, 2015. Sawyer - First Day of First Grade. Today was Sawyer's first day of school - first grade! He was excited. This morning he told us his "day would be a lot better if he didn't have to wear nice clothes! Of course, we had to take some with Sutton too. He moved into his new preschool classroom last week and is loving his new room. Sutton had to have a backpack to take to school today too! He has also become a big fan of Mommy packing his lunches!

The Collins Family Blog. Sunday, August 30, 2015. Fall Soccer - Game # 2. Sawyer is playing soccer again this fall. I didn't bring the camera to our first game, as they wore their jerseys from last season to the first game. Sawyer did score 3 goals in his first game of the season. I think we were more excited than he was about scoring goals! We played a team from Independence for our second game, and lost. They had several really good players, Sawyer told us "I think that one kid was 12 or something!
